Medical Devices Segment- Johnson Medical

Our Medical Devices business segment produces a broad range of innovative products and solutions used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurological disease, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, and aesthetics.

Reports to:
Key Distributor Manager

General Description:
- Responsible for supervising sales team on the assigned territory. 
- Provides leadership, guidance and customer product expertise to the sales team. 
- Meets or exceeds established sales goals through the implementation of sales activities. 
- At this level the role has increased responsibility including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines/products, diverse teams, etc. 
- This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.
- Insure the achievement of assigned indirect channel sales quotas.
- Oversees the development and servicing of achieve business sales objectives for distributors. 
- In coordination with business units, formulates sales plans and specific project plans for distributors. 
- Monitors progress and ensures that corrective action has been initiated when necessary. 
- Reviews and consolidates periodic sales reports, review results against forecast. 
- Analyze and develop recommendations for customer business opportunities and threats. 
- Executes established incentive plan parameters and goals.
- Performs competitive analysis and presentations to management. 
- Acts as liaison between business units, channel manager and distributors in order to perform adjustments to business plans to ensure objectives are met.
- Makes regular visits to distributors locations in order to follow up projects and plans. 
- Resolves difficult problems, internal (business unites) and external (distributors) complaints.


• Bachelor Degree Required
• 4 to 6 years sales experience (desirable with distributors)
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
• Hardworking proactive, persistent, and independent
• Positive and enthusiastic.
