Roles & Responsabilties


• Manages the day-to-day activities of customer service & tender teams;
• Ensures that department personnel receive appropriate training;
• Provides customer service & Public Tender data and reports to management;
• Includes service improvement recommendations where appropriate;
• Audits unit activities periodically for compliance to business procedures and workflows;
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
• Reviews and approves process changes designed to address the changing needs of customers;
• Authorizes nonstandard resolutions to customer complaints;
• Translates the strategic vision into operational goals for the accounts receivable;
• Designs and develops credit policies and procedures;
• Promotes standardization of accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications


• Possess an University Degree;
• Previous experience in Customer Service in Shipping and Logistics (preferable);
• Has experience managing teams (preferable);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools;
• Good SAP knowledge (preferable)
• Very good level of english
• Methodical and able to demonstrate an understanding of basic accounting;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Problem solving and ability to engage critical thinking;
• Customer and results oriented;
• Strong analytical skills,
