Responsible for site training management of both current and new site including training plan and implementation to ensure the employee’s competence conform to the position requirements, keep track of individual training and potential development, implement training strategy to meet organization and business needs.
Establish and maintain training system and curriculum structure to ensure employee received appropriate training required by regulations and position.
Work out site annual training plan and budget plan according to site objectives and training needs. Get approval from training governance committee.
Follow-up & tracking of training plans, timely feedback the progress to business to ensure the completion on time. Manage training documentation and material (training record, progress report).
Design and update training courses and programs according to site objectives and training needs. Orientation and other training course/program development, arrangement and execution.
Coordinate with departments, individuals and consulting company for training program selection and execution.
Utilize tool and method to evaluate, ensure and improve training effectiveness.
Accountable for managing training team in accordance to site and operations priorities following the JSC Business Cascade (Budgeting, Resources).

Set and continuously improve the departmental employees training objectives. Provides coaching and development opportunities. Evaluates performance and provides feedback.
Manages training to ensure employees finish the necessary job qualification training and on-job training to meet competency requirements for the assigned work.
Bachelor degree or above, major in Education, Management, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Mechanical etc.
At least 5 years working experiences in pharmaceutical industry, more than 3 years working experiences in MNC in training or management field.
Knowledge of training system management. Understand and use training approaches and tools. Could design and implement training program.
Experience of pharmaceutical process, EHS or quality system management is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proactively drive innovation and change to build up world-class training system.
