This position is a key part of the New Product Planning dept. in Japan and lead one of TA (Therapeutic Area).
Develop/execute a TA strategy as JTASTe co-lead and compound strategy as J-COT co-lead with cross functional team. Especially this position drives strategic discussion as follows;
Optimization of pipeline priority
Acceleration of regulatory pathway
Optimization of label/indication/formulation
Optimal incorporation of CoDx into strategy
Acceleration of IEGP
Ensure launch excellence of new compounds responsible TA as J-COT co-lead with cross functional team.
Collaborate with market research partners to execute market research through development of objectives, vendor selection, project execution and analysis of findings.
Ensure quality commercial assessment of licensing candidates to address pipeline GAPs
The position must be a trusted partner to internal （JPKK/Global/Region）and external stakeholders by developing healthy relationships.
•Minimum of 5 years of business experience, including five years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology marketing, global/regional experience is a plus
•Marketing or sales experience in product launch preferred
•Demonstrated track record of business results in complex and ambiguous marketing environments
•Successful management of agencies and vendor relationships
