Marketing Manager Depuy Synthes Baltics
Contract: Unlimited Contract
Focus on implementing and executing the regional marketing strategy for DePuy-Synthes.  Strong focus on promoting our key products to increase sales volumes according to the assigned focus (product/area), through the development of clear marketing objectives and sharing of best practices. Synthes distributor management through support in marketing, pricing, strategy set up and implementation and Customer relationship management. Identify business opportunities for customers and patients. Responsibility split: 60% DePuy-Synthes marketing related tasks; 40% DePuy-Synthes distributor management related tasks
Main Tasks:
  • DePuy-Synthes BP Target for Baltics
  • Participates in development and deployment of right go-to-market model
  • Develop and implement the marketing plans/roadmaps for key products/procedures to drive growth and profitability in collaboration with Local management and sales organization
  • Serves as lead marketing contact for sales force
  • Collaborates with Regional (EMEA, EM, CEE) Marketing on selected projects as defined by Direct Manager
  • Collaborate with the Training units and the Manager preparing training material for the sales force and organizing sales meetings.
  • Design and drive the implementation of appropriate, measurable Sales Force Training Continuum to ensure the improvement of critical for success skills within the team incl.:
  • Support decisions on pricing, stock, promotion, market research, regulatory, legal and any issue which impacts business area
  • Maintain strong market knowledge on competitors and market environment though external and internal research in order to identify needs and opportunities


Crucial Requirements for Candidates:

  • University degree
  • Understanding of professional education tasks and pricing will be considered a benefit
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of Russian would be a preference, as well as fluency in one of the 3 Baltic languages
  • Preferably experience with distributor management
  • Background as Sales Representative and/or Technical skills & product knowledge in the related field. 
  • Agile at making things happen through managing relationships and networks effectively, both internally and with key external stakeholders, earning their trust and respect
  • Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for details, and result orientation.
