  • The scope of this role is to understand the business needs, and the strategic direction of the organization, and lead a program of research and development to deliver business software solutions which meets those needs while improving user experience, quality and efficiency
  • This role will be the primary contact for the commercial organization (Sales, Marketing, Training etc.) responsible for creating business processes, developing standards, designing and governing the software solutions
  • This individual will drive innovations and improvements; and architect the business solutions in partnership with the functional, country and IT teams

SFE Process & Solution Leader
  • Enable an efficient and continuous function of the corporate CRM suite (Salesforce.com), reporting tools (SAP BW) and BI solutions (Tableau, Power BI) to maximize sales force effectiveness (SFE)
  • Partner with IT to define software solution capabilities, build roadmaps, establish project portfolio, prioritize backlog and deliver solutions utilizing Agile delivery model
  • Provide technology leadership in BI/ analytics visualization to shape, design solutions and deliver effective user-centric and intuitive analytics tools and dashboards. Drive self-service analytics models and solutions.
  • Implement, monitor and report on SFE Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Develops corrective actions and continuous improvement programs that cover all levels and functions of the commercial organization: first-line sales managers, country business leaders, marketing team, finance team etc
  • Aligns and translates SFE initiatives into project plans with clarity on expected outcomes, scope, schedules and key milestones
  • • Coordinate end-to-end change management process including collection of change requests, facilitating review meetings, aligning requests with strategies and business objectives, implementing and validating the approved changes etc

Master Trainer
  • Provides guidance and training on the selling process and software solutions to country trainers, sales managers and leaders. Conduct in the field coaching where necessary
  • Coordination between regional and country teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Develop and maintain sales process training material and disseminating "Best Practices / key Learnings"
  • Trains and guides super-users and trainers

Subject Matter Expert
  • Primary contact for the commercial organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance etc.) for creating and governing SFE processes/ solutions to meet the business objectives
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of software solutions functionality, configuration and process design and serves as champion for issue resolution
  • Understanding of data models and undertaking analysis of data held in a variety of formats
  • Ensure quality data processes are in place to guarantee accurate qualitative metrics
  • Represents APJ in super-user forums, change advisory boards and other required forums
  • Provide development support for dashboard/report

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree. Business administration/ Marketing/ IT preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant commercial experience in business intelligence, analytics, commercial excellence or sales force effectiveness
  • Experience in implementing/ managing CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred)
  • Working knowledge of SAP BW
  • Working knowledge of data integration tools and integrating CRM with different business systems (ETL)
  • Experience in Project Management and/or Agile is preferred
  • Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, data hygiene, master data management
  • Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
  • Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
  • Understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
  • Knowledge of SFE principals and business processes
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Chinese is an advantage
  • Ability to navigate and influence cross-functionally, acting as a team player
  • Ability to independently identify issues, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Strong MS Excel skills
