The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.


Professional Education Manager Poland & Baltic

Location: Warsaw Poland

Contract: Permanent

Main tasks:
  • Development and leadership of sustainable local team who will organize activities and events to accelerate procedural adoption by advancing physicians capabilities & skills.
  • Full budget management.
  • Drive consistency in standards of learning in the various ProfEd events held for/by our customers in Poland.
  • Ensure flawless execution of ProfEd events at local & national level to extend the clinical knowledge and surgical skills of health care professionals.
  • Review ProfEd inventory & assess opportunities for health care professional (including non-clinical stakeholders) trainings.
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs and Surgical Societies across CEE region in arthroplasty, trauma, arthroscopy and spine
  • Align and cooperate with CEE leaders.


Qualifications

Crucial requirements for candidates:

  • Minimum 6 years Sales & marketing experience
  • Strong Product/procedural knowledge in Arthroplasty, Trauma, Arthroscopy & Spine
  • University degree – minimum Bachelor degree
  • Excellent English – spoken & written
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Energetic, focused and motivated
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to build strong internal & external relationships
  • Likes innovation and seeks for ways to do things better than before
  • Excellent organization skills (Experience at least of 2 years in some organizational role)
  • Ability to travel locally & internationally (driving license B)
  • Willingness to go beyond the job description
