Position Summary:

Johnson & Johnson Medical Italy is currently searching for a REGIONAL ACCOUNT LEAD for Tuscany and Umbria, who will be part of the Strategic Account Department, which is focused on non-clinical stakeholders management across the Country.

This position is responsible for:
• Stakeholders mapping at regional and key accounting level
• Identifying key stakeholders needs
• Customizing and driving company Strategy at regional and key accounting level
• Maximize the access to the market working on Funding & Reimbursement, PDTA, Hospital networking
• Leading strategic tenders in partnership with Franchises
• Investigating new procurement approaches
• Developing and executing Regional and Key Accounts Plans, leveraging Value Added services and solutions
• Establishing solid and long-lasting relationship with non-clinical stakeholders
• Coordinating and influencing the field force, to deploy the strategy consistently
• Be accountable for sales, pricing and new product introduction for the region of competency and for the selected Key Public Accounts

Qualifications

• 10+ years-experience in MD Sales / Marketing / Strategic Accounting roles
• 5+ years-experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
• 5+ years-experience in people management is preferred
• Significant experience in managing relations with senior stakeholders from Public Health and local Institutions
• Deep MD sector knowledge
• Public MD tenders management experience
• Fluency in Italian and English
