  • Supports strong HR business partnership for Consumer
  • Coordinate x-sector HR admin service ensuring end to end process compliance in accordance with local legislation as well as global practices
  • Being a local expect in ER/LR related questions manage related processes and participate in required activities
  • In close collaboration with Cluster HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development teams manages HR agenda for the geography to ensure the highest level of EVP and leverage Best Employer reputation in Ukraine
  • Provides group and one-on-one coaching with managers and employees to support leadership development, business decision-making, human resources management, and problem solving and performance management
  • Talent management and development. Partners with business leaders to drive an integrated talent strategy to ensure talent pipelines have the required depth and breadth and diversity. Develops talent for critical roles and leadership positions.
  • Fosters an environment where diversity of thought and background are a strong foundation for development of Org design, change management & employees' engagement. Drives successful implementation of org. efficiency initiatives and support changes. Implements the action plans to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and integration.
  • Drives organizational capabilities development to straighten the team and set up foundation for future business growth
  • Leads High Performance Team agenda and transformation to Agile via leadership team meetings design and facilitation, support development of HPTs , drive communication and alignment across all functions
  • Effectively collaborate with leaders and teams to drive a culture of excellence in execution, customer centricity, growth, employee engagement and high performance.
  • Supports the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with business direction
  • Implements global/standardized HR processes at the business level
  • Plays a consultative role in employee communication initiatives within client groups
  • Provides regular reporting on HR KPIs to management team to ensure databased decision making
  • Interacts actively to HR functions to utilize best practices and align priorities, plans, agenda, set up joint projects

  • A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required in Human Resources, Organization Development, Organization Behavior, Organizational Psychology, Consulting Psychology, Industrial Organization Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar related disciplined preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience within Human Resources is required. Experience in HR Generalist roles is obligatory
  • FMCG/Pharm business experience, ideally with large, complex organizations. Navigating in a matrix environment is required
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Legislation with profound experience to manage complex HR Admin/ ER/LR cases independently
  • Experienced user or HR ERPs (Workday, 1C is a plus)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership skills and proactive approach skills are essential
  • Strong social intelligence, self-confidence and business acumen are critical attributes for this role
  • Demonstrated capabilities in influencing skills and coaching are required
  • Strong Upper-Intermediate+ level of English language is a must
