  • Develop, manage and implement brand strategies, brand planning and overall communications plan
  • Develop product launch plans for assigned categories and ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct business analysis to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaign
  • Drive integrated collaboration with a variety of functional areas such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Packaging, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operations
  • Identifies and validates new product/business opportunities
  • Lead media agency to define overall annual media strategy to reach key audience through variety of media channels
  • Manage agencies including but not limited to media agency, digital & creative agency
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including other subsidiaries, regional, global and management
  • Manage the P&L, advertising and promotional budge



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related discipline
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing in the similar capacity, preferably in beauty or personal care industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical mindset and attentive to details;
  • Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving skills with positive attitude
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
  • Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results 
  • Good sense in numbers will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
