Senior Reporting Analyst

Location: Prague

Full time permanent contract


As Senior Reporting Analyst, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Monthly preparation and submission of Sales Reports and Quarterly Income Statements and Balance Sheet Reports
  • Preparation and submission of other Quarterly/Yearly required Reports
  • Reconciliations and timely follow-up on differences between various sub-systems
  • Business partnering with other departments, Country Finance Managers, Business Unit Finance (BUF) and BS Centre of Excellence (BS CoE)
  • Accurate & timely reporting to J&J Corporate in accordance with Corporate guidelines and WWP reporting rules and BRAVO/LYNX requirements
  • Follow-up and resolution of reported data related questions from Corporate or local organizations 
  • Ensuring latest changes and updates related to financial area
  • Taking an active role in leading work improvements and working on various cluster-wide projects
  • Proactive involvement in scope expansion and new transitions within the team
  • Support implementation and continuous development of reporting tools
  • Mentoring junior members within the team
  • Ad hoc tasks



Qualifications

You are the perfect candidate for us if you have:

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience in Financial area min 1 - 3 years (ideally in reporting or financial analysis)
  • Advanced English
  • Complex accounting & finance knowledge
  • Good understanding of Income Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP is advantage
  • Ability to work under time pressure, ability to set priorities, team spirit, strong analytical skills
