The cross sector Country Tax Center for Belgium, the Netherlands and France is responsible for statutory reporting, corporate tax compliance (direct, indirect, etc.) and US legal reporting ( LR reporting) for all Belgium, Netherlands and France based J&J companies.
The SR Analyst Tax Reporting will be involved in:
The preparation of Dutch income tax returns and the preparation of other fiscal forms.
Statistical filings (CBS).
Preparation of the Dutch statutory accounts.
Ensuring financial and SOX compliance.
Preparation of US tax reporting (LR reporting), including liaising with finance and making sure all financial data are accurate and complete.
Year-end tax disclosures for local reporting purposes.
WBSO (R&D wage tax subsidy), including R&D relevant analyses, filing etc.
Supporting internal/external (statistical) audits.
Reports to the Tax Manager J&J Netherlands.
Economic/business oriented Bachelor degree or equivalent education and experience.
At least 3-6 years post qualification experience in finance or related business experience is required.
Relevant tax experience is preferred.
Possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
ERP experience/knowledge (SAP) is recommended.
Experience with WBSO is preferred.
The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required.
Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This position is located in Leiden.
