HR Administration Specialist with German

Full-time employment contract

Location: Prague 


J&J GBS in Prague is currently looking for a new colleague to support our growing HR department. This person will become a member of a team of HR Administrators who are responsible for supporting the J&J employees from Germany and Austria. 

You will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Employee data changes and business structure updates
  • Year-end and year-round compensation processing and communications
  • Coordination of employee on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Administration of absence requests and return to work process
  • Benefits enrollment support
  • Researching policy inquiries as required

Qualifications
  • Fluent in German (native speaker level) and English 
  • 1 year of work experience, ideally in an international environment 
  • Proficient in MS Excel 
  • Experience with HR systems is a big advantage 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, and a 'Can-Do'-attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
