CRM & Multichannel Specialist

 

The CRM & Multichannel Specialist is responsible for the CRM strategy, management of iConnect (Veeva CRM Solution) and Data analysis to support OpCo in achievement of brand goals and grow the business in line with the company goals.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Develop

Drive innovation towards advanced analytics.

Develop advanced analytics plan in support of our multichannel excellence program (CIE)

Prepare and conduct all trainings of the iConnect system (Sales Force) and Veeva CRM for all users. Ensure support on OpCo level por all iConnect users

 

Sharing insights

Deliver deep knowledge of our customers and their needs and behavior.

Be an Expert in Customer Insights supported by the iConnect (Sales Force CRM).

Understand the way customers want to be approached (right channel and right content) promoting a constant optimization of the channel mix.

Pro-actively deliver Insights beyond information.

 

Output driven

Ensure data quality of our CRM system (iConnect- Sales force).

Coordinate localization of new iConnect functionalities including UAT

Set up and implement targeting and segmentation models based on EMEA/Local strategies.

Be an Expert in iConnect development and deployment within CVT.

 

Change agent

Play active role in driving and implementing changes in strategy and tactics in the area of customers interaction, based on high quality Customers Insights, in cross- functional teams.

To be the contact person for the EMEA iConnect Team and keep constant dialogue with key stakeholders to secure best in class service to iConnect

Active involvement in the preparation of SFA (Sales Force Effectiveness) plans, strongly supporting Marketing Leads and Sales Managers.

 


Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Preferred education: management, economics or statistic.
  • Advanced knowledge in excel and access. Experience in Qlikview, Qlick Sense, iConnect (Sales Force), Veeva CRM and Statistical Software as a plus.
  • Broad analytic skills and drive to analyze data to come to strategic views and operational insight.
  • Have a structured approach to come to decision making.
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams. Excellent interpersonal, partnering and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn all aspects of the business.
  • Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and complex systems simultaneously
  • Native Portuguese speaker and fluent English knowledge of both spoken and written
  • Experience in pharma industry will be a plus.
  • Minimum experience: 3 years (preferred)
