Responsible for all warehouse and inventory operations for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Sector working as a partner with the 3PL

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervising day to day warehouse functions including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping and warehouse maintenance/sustainability process
• Ensures accurate and timely processing of orders with sales personnel, key account customers and distributors ensuring OTIF on target
• Delegates and supervises work assignments to warehouse personnel ensuring continuous and efficient workflow
• Coordinates J&J Operative System execution
• Schedules all routine required service on company equipment (fix assets)
• Serves as a liaison for communication with sales and planning team to fill customer requirements, participates on S&OP meetings
• Conducts cycle inventory processes as well as inventory adjustments
• Control and manages all key performance indicators involving warehouse and inventory activities
• Reconciles discrepancies and ensures that all items are stored safely in appropriate locations and in an organized way
• Works with other relevant departments to coordinate flow of material or products for planning purposes
• Responsible for inventory reserve calculations
• Compiles data and prepares productivity reports for management
• Provides input to department budget and adheres to cost controls
• Address and resolves issues related to customer satisfaction, logistics, quality and other factors related to warehouse operations


Calificaciones
- Education Level: University / Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Master´s Desirable
- Years of Experience: 6 - 8 years related experience
- Language: Fluent in Spanish - working business English
