You’ll manage a territory that covers Hobart predominantly with 8 weekly travel to Launceston and surrounding areas. This is a part-time role, 3 days per week. In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies within your territory of pharmacy stores to achieve sales and merchandising targets. This includes negotiation both at the store level and at the head office level for some of the larger pharmacy groups, monitoring sales performance by customer and ensuring compliance to agreed customer activities, ensuring products and point of sale materials are displayed for maximum impact in store and timely and accurate management of the customer relationship management.


Be valued for who you are:


You’ll have demonstrated experience in the retail or pharmacy sales channel ideally as a Territory Sales Manager who’s had the opportunity to sell in and negotiate. You have a proven track record of achieving strong sales results and are known for your ability to work autonomously. Just as important, is your ability to comfortably use a variety of IT systems, own a car and can travel frequently. Petrol allowance provided.  


You’ll be developed and led by a hands-on manager who provides regular support in field whilst also giving you plenty of room for autonomy.
