Manager, ASPAC Site Operations

The Regional Site Operations Manager in Manila is responsible for the execution of the Global Site Operations Strategy in the GS Global Hub in Manila including Local GS Locations in South Asia for the enablement of consistent and positive employee experience specifically covering ASPAC shift within the Site/location and EMEA shift in the hub. The Manager will liaise with the local and campus facility management, employee health services, global health services to enable programs and activities in Manila working towards GS being a Great Place to Work. Additionally, the leader executes Business Continuity Plans specifically in the ASPAC and EMEA shift extending to local GS as per Global framework and ensures that local strategy is developed and tested in the region to assure employee safety and critical business continues, entire service is recovered in the period of calamity.
The leader will partner with the Sr. Site Operations Manager on ensuring that site costs are spent within the limits of the budget. The role will work with a group of regional team who are based in the hub, responsible for the engagement and communication of people relative activities.
The position will report into the Sr. Site Operations Manager, SEA – GS, Global Site Operations
•5+ years of progressive shared services or facilities management experience
•Exceptional influence leadership skills, in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment
•Strong leadership skills; understands the cultures and needs of Manila
