The Regional Sr. Site Operations Manager in Manila is responsible for bringing forward the strategy for Global Site Operations in the different sites/locations leading hub and non-based hub employees. The position is responsible in ensuring there is consistent experience across all 4 shifts in the Global hub and locations of GS within the region. Additionally, he/she is directly responsible for ensuring that the experience and site operations / amenities in the night shift are at par with the overall GS employee experience standards as defined from the Global Site Operations Strategy. 

The Sr. Manager is tasked to liaise with local facility management, employee health services, global health services to enable programs and activities in South East Asia working towards GS being a great place to work. Additionally, the leader tests BCP as per Global framework and ensures that local strategy is developed and tested in the region to assure employee safety and critical business continues, entire service is recovered in the period of calamity.

The leader is highly accountable to site budgets, spend and will provide overall leadership to all GS Sites in SEA region. The role will manage a group of regional team who are based in the hub who are responsible for the engagement and communication of people relative activities. 

The position will report into the Sr. Director, Global Services, Global Site Operations Leader.

Qualifications
•7+ years of progressive shared services or facilities management experience
•Exceptional influence leadership skills, in an indirect, matrix-based, and virtual environment
•Strong leadership skills; understands the cultures and needs of Manila

•Strong capability in assessing, developing and hiring talent
