The candidate will be managing the regional governance of all the key Sales Ops processes and plans such as:
- partner with IT on the development of a cost efficient, harmonized Sales Force effectiveness (SFE)Tracking tool
- be responsible for the new SFE Tracking tool deployment in the countries
- SFE KPIs tracking, reporting and benchmarking across business and countries;
- Franchise adoption and roll out of new technologies for the Field Force
- DRI for Training on SFE Tracking system and other Sales Op topics
- Inventory Optimization and MOH management
- Distributor procurement and contracts renewal
- Pricing amendments
- License coordination
- Monthly Sales forecast
- Growth Program and Strategic Deals trackers
- be the key conduit between the region and the countries to ensure consistency of Sales Op support to the business and flawless execution of CommEx SFE plans
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to anticipate future SFE needs and assess business impact and feasibility of new or enhanced tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years work experience required, with at least 5 years in commercial operations environment
- Commercial roles
- Distributor management and/or supporting roles
- International working experience;
- Experience in transitioning organizations to new CRM platforms / systems;
- Experience utilizing internal and external resources to develop and roll out SFE tracking initiatives;
- Experience in people management and in manage by influence
