The candidate will be managing the regional governance of all the key Sales Ops processes and plans such as:
  • partner with IT on the development of a cost efficient, harmonized  Sales Force effectiveness (SFE)Tracking tool
  • be responsible for the new SFE Tracking tool deployment in the countries
  • SFE KPIs tracking, reporting and benchmarking across business and countries;
  • Franchise adoption and roll out of new technologies for the Field Force
  • DRI for Training on SFE Tracking system and other Sales Op topics
  • Inventory Optimization and MOH management
  • Distributor procurement and contracts renewal
  • Pricing amendments
  • License coordination
  • Monthly Sales forecast
  • Growth Program and Strategic Deals trackers
  • be the key conduit between the region and the countries to ensure consistency of Sales Op support to the business and flawless execution of CommEx SFE plans
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners to anticipate future SFE needs and assess business impact and feasibility of new or enhanced tools

  • At least 8 years work experience required, with at least 5 years in commercial operations environment
Strongly valued additional experiences in:
  • Commercial roles
  • Distributor management and/or supporting roles
  • International working experience;
  • Experience in transitioning organizations to new CRM platforms / systems;
  • Experience utilizing internal and external resources to develop and roll out SFE tracking initiatives;
  • Experience in people management and in manage by influence
