The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.

Senior Supply Chain Planner

Located in Warsaw


Senior Supply Chain Planner will be accountable for S&OP process and leading cross-functional research activities to reflect updated sales & marketing trade plan. The individual has ownership towards end-to-end inventory management at local warehouses as well as at customer locations (consignments). The role is also responsible for CAPEX monitoring. The ultimate goal if Senior Supply Chain Planner is to execute end-to-end supply chain activates impacting whole customer-driven value chain.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible to lead a robust S&OP process in order to improve customer requirements throughout supply chain
  • Leads cross – functional research activities to reflect updated sales and marketing trade plans
  • Coordinates sales, marketing and finance to understand demand drivers
  • Executes end to end supply chain action plans impacting plan, make, source and deliver
  • Ownership of end to end inventory management (stock value, days of cover, slow-movers and obsoletes) and CAPEX spending;
  • Leads all supply chain activities aimed at improvement of service level to the customers (OTIF)
  • Responsible for portfolio management (phase-in/phase-out, tail optimization, new products introduction)
  • Drive end to end ownership of the assigned portfolio across the Supply Chain; actioned required events with all stakeholders
  • Support Supply Chain Team lead with the portfolio requirements toward building budgets, business objectives, policies and procedures
  • Manage all portfolio KPIs and provides actions plans, root cause assessments to remediate any issues or challenges
  • Support the supply chain team lead in developing future capabilities, e.g. labelling, network change


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading S&OP process in international company is a must;
  • experienced in the use of forecasting models, NPI modeling and promotional planning;
  • be specialist in structuring, analyzing and understanding data – able to challenge commercial teams based upon facts and define scenarios for the future;
  • Expert in Excel and Visual Basic is a must;
  • University degree;
  • fluent English and Polish
