You have now the opportunity to join our Graduate Engineer Program, where we will provide you a deep insight into the medical device industry in terms of way of working of key functions such as Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Management.
The program is divided into two phases. Phase 1 foresees the rotation through 3 different areas of activity within quality operations (Modules):
- Quality System Management (Module I)
- Quality Engineering (Module II)
- Validation Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering (Module III)
Phase 2 foresees the execution of a 6 months project, that has been defined at the start of the program. The project will focus on areas of problem solving, continuous improvement and Quality Management System compliance.
Main tasks:
- Application of Quality Management system tools for Document Management, Non-Conformance Handling, Corrective and Preventive Action Management
- Performance of data analytics to support management decisions in terms of site improvement activities and investigations
- Performing/Participating in statistical evaluations for the determination of process capabilities
- Participating in process characterization studies as part of process validation activities, as well as quality inspections applying different tools
- Supporting environment monitoring activities
- Performing calibration activities
- Participating in process risk management activities
Qualifications
- Mechanical, biomedical, chemical, industrial or materials engineering degree - FH or University
- We are looking for somebody who is freshly graduated or up to max. 2 years working experience within the activities mentioned above
- You will need to have a deep understanding about how statistics work and what can you achieve with them
- You are a strong communicator, curious, analytical and have a fast-smart learning mind
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
