Lead Sportsmedicine EMEA

Your Role
  • Lead a team of three international marketers.
  • Marketing and sales responsibility with the team for a product portfolio range and actively cooperate with country sales, product management, R&D, supply chain, medical affairs, strategic pricing and marketing communications.
  • Manage portfolio lifecycle and portfolio segmentation, forecasting, developing business cases for new products, support in strategic portfolio planning and coordinate supply chain challenges
  • Partner with selected country business leaders in developing and executing national sales strategies, strategic account management, business development, annual business planning and regular business reviews
  • Develop pricing strategies with the countries and the Pricing Centre of Excellence in EMEA. Partner throughout the execution with the countries. Support countries in tender process
  • Support professional education and EMEA wide sales training
  • Develop and promote international reference centers
  • Provide input for marketing plan preparation work
  • Collaborate with worldwide product directors and R&D on product pipeline and prioritization
  • Main portfolio will be our new Visualization solution which is currently in launch phase
  • Preferably, the position will be based in Zuchwil (CH). Other location in EMEA can be considered. Travelling will be 20-30%

  • University Degree, preferably in a life science or business related topic
  • Previous successful marketing and/or sales experience in the medical visualization/imaging segment or related fields is appreciated. Existing network in arthroscopy market
  • English mandatory, German/French/Italian/Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to plan and build a differentiated and clearly positioned brand
  • Ability to translate key stakeholder insights into strategies that meet category business
  • Ability to commercialize a product in a manner consistent with the New Product Development process that achieves peak sales in a timely manner and delivers sustained business growth
  • You see yourself as a leader not a manager, who can motivate and lead direct reports as well as colleagues in the matrix
