Consumer Eye Health (“CEH”), the recently created contact lens solution and eye drops division of Johnson & Johnson Vision, is growing its presence in the EMEA region and continues to experience rapid growth. This progressive and innovative company includes in its product portfolio Revitalens® and blink®, which is distributed globally.

Johnson & Johnson Vision has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Process Manager to join the Deliver team to initially accelerate the execution and roll-out of various Consumer Eye Health projects in the region, with the aim to transform and build sustainable growth, ultimately with a view to enable a more enhanced and streamlined Customer experience. In addition, the Supply Chain Process Manager will support the business on key project deliverables around the region.

The Supply Chain Process Manager will ensure effective execution of key projects/initiatives in the region in support of the transformation of the end-to-end customer experience. This role will have responsibility for coordination of cross-functional resources (Commercial, Supply Chain partners, Quality, Planning, Customer Services, Customer Master, Trade Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Transport and Distribution) with aim to deliver on overall EMEA project objectives. In addition, this role requires the ability to remove barriers and enable teams to deliver on final project objectives.

As a Supply Chain Process Manager, your typical day may include:
• Mobilizing and managing the overall project team through clear roles & responsibilities,
complete with leading successful implementation whilst providing appropriate levels of
influence and support
• Connecting with regional stakeholders to support in the planning, implementation and
post go-live phases of initiatives
• Collaborating with regional partners to effectively support the scoping and prioritization
of various initiatives
• Regularly communicating project status with key stakeholders
• Executing consistent and transparent project manage utilizing Flawless Project Execution
(FPX) methodology to establish the reputation and awareness of the business across
multiple departments, inclusive of raising the profile of CEH initiatives in region
• Ensuring strong alignment of projects and plans with Vision Program Leads
• Identifying opportunities and risks in each project and initiative
• Coordinating efforts of a cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams responsible for the
assessment, design and process of launch and ongoing management of
initiatives/projects in the region

Qualifications

effectively
• Demonstrated project management experience (FPX or other project management
certification required)
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects

• Demonstrated Supply Chain experience
• Demonstrated clear bias for action, sense of urgency and ability to hold self personally
accountable for flawless executive
• Demonstrated capability to manage project complexity to include proactive approach to
problem-solving, e.g. root cause analysis and re-engineering where appropriate
• Experience as an effective leader, communicator and able to influence without direct
authority and strong persuasive skills required to make the abstract clear
• Must possess excellent presentation skills, including the ability to make effective
presentations and communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Experience working in a highly matrixed environment, with the ability to influence across
boundaries and borders
• Fluency in English (both written and oral)
