Senior Analyst will work with Finance Director and Finance Manager to provide financial service and business partnership for enabling function to help meet their goals as well as to drive company growth.
Scope includes
  • Commercial Affairs (Sales of established products, wholesaler inventory for total company, Operating Expense)
  • Enabling functions such as business IT, CLS, general affairs, corporate functions (Operating Expense, Capital Expenditure)
  • Support for other key enabling functions (MAF, JSS, IMAT, CISO, MCE)
  • Specifically key tasks include
  • Performs activities associated with the annual business planning process and and key cycle financial updates through working closely with business partners
  • Manage reporting and analysis of sales, operating expense, and capital expenditure using SAP, TM1, and other systems, through maintaining master data and understanding reporting needs
  • Understand and identify business issues and opportunities, to drive business goals as well as efficiency
  • Connects with regional finance team and provides precise explanation of the business situation in Japan 
  • Develops, evaluates and i・mplements internal controls, financial policies and procedures with the highest standards of financial integrity

資格
REQUIRED
  • Must have strong analytical skills and ability to partner with people at all levels of the organization (3-5 years)
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Experience of handling budget/KPI of function and of strategic business support
PREFERRED
  • Finance degree/certification preferably with CPA, CMA, and/or MBA 
  • Experience in finance and/or experience in healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical skills with high IT literacy
  • Strong leadership to drive commercial team and communication skills in both Japanese and English
