Sales Manager Bulgaria

Location: Sofia

Full-time permanent contract

 

Role overview:

Accountable for realization of marketing strategy, reaching agreed business plan objectives and targets by optimal management and leadership of Medical Representatives, in close co-operation with cross functional and cross departmental professionals.


Key responsibilities:

  • coaches, manages, with most frequent double visits accross the whole country
  • keeps track of iConnect and other reports continually, keeps deadlines and requires the same from his/her reports;
  • analyses CRM/iConnect data;
  • prepares Business Plan based on standpoints determined by Commercial Lead;
  • allocates Business Plan for the team and territories, set individual goals based on total target and regional conditions;
  • allocates and reorganizes areas, bricks when necessary;
  • after downloading and analysis, forwards sales data to his/her reports;
  • follows competitor activities with attention and analyses;
  • coaches direct reports and appraises their performances;
  • supports of development his/her direct reports with planning and operative activities;
  • establishes incentive plan parameters and sales goals for the team;
  • prepares required written and oral reports in time;
  • planes, prepares and organizes sales and cycle meetings;
  • participates in planning of sales cycles;
  • estimates training demand and makes proposal for different training activities;
  • develops and monitors sales team budget;
  • insures cost effective sales activities;
  • verifies expense reports;
  • closely cooperates with Marketing, MAF, HEMAR

 

Other features of the job:

  • he/she should document his/her contact and report double visits conducted with the team in the iConnect.
  • he/she should comply HCBI processes in every activities;
  • he/she should have up-to-date knowledge and keep existing company procedures and related rules;
  • Ensuring safety reporting requirements (timely AE/PQC reporting) as set out in company policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are met and appropriately managed when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
  • Ensuring HCC and legal requirements are fully understood, appropriately managed and complied with when planning projects, developing materials, executing projects and contracting vendors
  • Ensuring inspection readiness with respect to personal training compliance, and availability of a recent CV and individualised Job Description
