For our Quality Operations Organization in the Hägendorf site, we are looking for a motivated graduate:


Graduate Engineer, Quality - 12-month Rotational Program


The objective of this rotational program is to develop talent within the DePuy Synthes Quality Operations organization by providing insight about key functions such as Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Management and on how international standards and regulations determine and guide the way of working of a leading Medical Device company.


The internship foresees the rotation through 3 different areas of activity within Quality Operations (Modules):

  • Quality System Management
  • Quality Engineering
  • Validation Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering
Your Opportunity: 
  • Perform data analytics to support management decisions around site improvement and change management activities
  • Perform/participate in root cause investigations as part of site improvement activities
  • Perform/participate in statistical analyses for root cause and process capabilities determinations
  • Perform quality inspections applying different inspection tools
  • Paricipate in process characterization studies as part of process validation activities
  • Perform/participate in test method evaluations as part of test method validation studies
  • Participate in validation activities and process risk management activities, perform calibration activities and support environment monitoring activities
  • Apply Quality Management system tools for Document Management, Non-Conformance Handling, Corrective and Preventive Action Management

  • Engineering Degree obtained from Fachhochschule or University, no longer than 12 months ago: Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, learning agility, curiosity, analytical thinking
  • Knowledge of German language is desirable
