The Governance and Engagement Lead will provide coordination and oversight of ASPAC Global Services governance and engagement activities across all service lines (Global HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Administration and Employee relations/Labor relations) and locations. This individual contributor will help to create plans and coordinate all efforts for initiatives intending to inspire, energize, and empower all GS teams in the region by championing the We Belong culture, as well as provide governance support for creation and updating of materials used for GS governance and stakeholder engagement. The focus areas are based on the organizational and regional needs, with focus areas on activations, regional leadership meeting coordination, and organizational communications.

  • Manage and oversee regional team engagement and activations for the team across all of ASPAC
  • Lead, coordinate and prepare plans for specific focus areas, including communications, meeting coordination, planning, and governance
  • Connect to other internal stakeholders and their overall initiatives plans (e.g., Site teams, LGS We Belong champions, Global We Belong leadership, Regional Leadership Councils) and represent the leader in the relevant meetings
  • Prepare methodology for the above work, in cooperation with Site Operations and global and local partners
  • Take ownership for initiatives coordination and in time completion of assigned tasks
  • Own reporting and monitoring of progress of initiatives
  • Lead and coordinate initiatives and focus areas from all service lines and locations for engagement and governance    
  • Coordinate other efforts with the lead, e.g., preparation of communication materials and other collaterals
  • Strong stakeholder management across all tiers; understanding real business needs and adjusting the approach/methodology to them

  • Self-starter and energetic approach to work
  • Knowledge of HR and ability to project manage bigger initiatives;
  • Ability to connect with stakeholders and create strong working relationships in a diverse, multinational environment;
  • Systematic approach and good planning skills;
  • Proactive can-do attitude when facing and overcoming obstacles;
  • Sense of urgency and ability to constantly balance more priorities;
  • Experience from work transitions and management of change are advantage;
  • Experience with leading projects/initiatives in a big multinational company
  • Understanding of HR Functional domains
