- Support CCTL to establish the China compound strategy with concomitant goals & objectives in alignment with the organizational objectives;
- Drive the CCT to meet or exceed those goals by providing superior cross-functional operational leadership and management in a matrix organization, facilitating issue identification and resolution, problem-solving, risk management, contingency planning and decision-making, including challenges the status quo and leads innovation;
- Manage the CCT in a manner that fosters and maintains a high performance team culture; at the direction of the CCTL, chair CCT meetings and represent the CCT to various internal governance review bodies as needed;
- In collaboration with the cross functional team to plan, execute, control, report and close-out the integrated development plan across all functions (e.g. integrated program budget, risk, timeline, resource, and stakeholder management), and to optimize integrated development plans;
- Manage CCT information, documentation, and team communications to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of the CCT strategy and operational status throughout the organization and business partners (as required), ensures accuracy and consistency of data across reports/systems/databases (e.g. milestones tracker, V6);
- Works closely with the study team to optimize the clinical operation execution through constructive challenge and continuous dialog to identify and mitigate risks and issues, and support the team to manage the study recruitment, timelines, resources and budget with high quality;
- Collaborate with other China R&D departments to optimize PMO related process and procedures that facilitate activity, resource and cost planning across the China R&D project portfolio;
- Demonstrate ability to resolve conflict and influence teams without formal authority is required ;
- Provides leadership, direction, and employee development to PMLs supporting all TAs including management development and training to meet current and future business needs;

- Coordinates the PML staff work including but not limited to: Program Management strategies, end-to-end project execution, project management deliverables by program, project management resourcing issue resolution, management reports, business plans;

资历
- Bachelor degree in biological, pharmaceutical, clinical or combined business/science discipline required; advanced degree in life sciences highly preferred;
- Minimum of 15 years of post-graduate experience; at least 10 years in a pharmaceutical R&D setting, including a minimum of 5 years in project management is;
- Expert knowledge of drug development process over the product life-cycle, from discovery to marketing;
- Expert knowledge of project management and portfolio management;
- Expertise in specific TA-related science and/or drug development;
- People management/leadership experience, both direct line as well as matrix management ;
- Previous experience working with global, multidisciplinary drug development teams.
