The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopaedics and Global Surgery Groups.


Customer Service Representative (Ethicon)

Location: Hungary
Full-time contract

Main responsibilities: 
  • Ensure processing of incoming orders in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Handling customer complaints and returns
  • Problem solving and daily cooperation with customers and internal external partners 
  • Fulfill administrative tasks
  • Take part in different Customer Service related projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Fluent Hungarian
  • Intermediate English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Microsoft Office skills (user level)
  • Ability to think creatively to solve problems quickly, excellent time management, proactive
  • Team player, detail-oriented and able to prioritize daily work in a fast-paced environment
