[Consumer] Digital Marketing Manager TW&HK

To foster paid/owned/earned media to be wholly, strategically, efficiently and effectively embedded within integrated marketing communications. Unify content and context to advance our brands to better connect with consumers and professionals in an omnichannel world. Responsible for developing and implementing Total Brand Experience strategy to drive the business
This position will be in charge of digital marketing in Taiwan and Hong Kong market.
Lead or supervise connection planning & ecosystem
Plan, manage, report, optimize and innovate the omnichannel / cross-media paid media strategy and channel plans across regional franchise/brand priorities. This includes but is not limited to: Search, Social, Mobile, Display & other biddable platforms, Programmatic, TV, OOH, etc.
Review all major local media plans and buys from media agency, ensuring they are consistent with media strategy, in line with budget, properly flighted and executable based on production schedules.
Set KPI of media efficacy and keep tracking
Ensure end-to-end media plan management including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign.
Both Media agency & Creative agency management
Manage digital marketing agency to optimize and expand upon existing campaigns; drive agency to be proactive and think outside the box
Work closely with cross-functional /APAC / Cluster and external partners
Bring new adtech and martech solutions, capabilities and external partners to the organization. Partner closely with internal teams: Brand, Sales, Analytics, IT and other internal business partners to develop connection plans and ad tech experiences that best deliver the franchises’ and brands’ business goals (KPI’s). Work closely with digital IT & creative agency to optimize assets through implementation of new and creative ideas and lead regular project team engagements to drive alignment and efficiency.

Develop digital capability for total company consistent with business objectives and Leadership imperatives. Plan and execute digital training for the broader organization
Ideally 10+ years communication/activation experience and (or) 5-8 years Media planning/buying experience
Has track record of communication planning/execution initiatives
Additional background in Brand Building/Marketing, Analytics, CRM/Relationship Management and/or Shopper Marketing & e-Commerce is strongly preferred.
Digital marketing expertise
Demonstrated ability to balance changes in scope, resources, and timing on projects while managing risks.
Business performance tracking: market data analysis/business driver analysis
Experience working with media buying platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Business Manager, Programmatic buy etc.
Understanding data sources; and the structure and function of websites / UX.
Data analysis (media/digital analytics/social listening tools) & media expertise in both KPI tracking and planning
