  • Implementing key actions to realize Sales targets, Assigning sales territory and sales targets for field force;
  • Managing Sales force to deliver Sales in the assigned territory, Ensuring field force is sufficiently trained for sales, Developing career and development plan for subordinates;
  • Coordinating activities between field force and Support staff;
  • Sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales force;
  • Developing and managing Key Accounts;


Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Minimum 3 years sales management experience, working in multinational company is preferred.
  • Good business sense for Healthcare business and very good selling skill with Healthcare business
  • Excellent leadership with education and training to enhance the team selling power.
  • Good at communication skill both internally and externally with customers. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
