The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, diabetes care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of our Global Medical Solutions, Global Orthopedics and Global Surgery Groups.


                                        Bariatric & Metabolic Sales Specialist


                                                   Voivodships:  Mazowieckie, Pomorskie, Zachodnio-Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie,   

                                                                            Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie.

                                                                        Contract: Permanent

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Promoting products for bariatric/surgical procedures to hospital staff and developing strong relationships with customers in voivodships:Mazowieckie, Pomorskie, Zachodnio-Pomorskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie, Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie.
  • Serving multiple large and/or key accounts in a prescribed territory.

  • Identifying customer needs and recommending new products to address them

  • Making preplanned sales presentations to customers

  • Initiating contact with potential new customers and creating proposals for expansion of customer base.

  • Conducting competitive research and using it to tailor presentations.

  • Developing and recommending specific sales plans and new product launches.

  • Handling customer questions and issues in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.

  • Providing input to sales forecast for business planning.

  • Preparing sales reports and documents as required.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid presentation skills

  • Outstanding ability to cooperate and engage others

  • Driver’s license cat. B is required

  • Good English (minimum B2) in writing and speaking is required.

  • Sales experience in medical devices area is preferred.
