Janssen, a company of Johnson & Johnson is now looking for a new colleague to join our team as CRM Specialist role:

CRM Analyst (iConnect)
Location: Bucharest

Role Overview
CRM Specialist is responsible for overall management of iConnect, in order to support functions in achievement of brand goals and grow the business in line with the company goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
  • Being recognized as a subject matter expert in iConnect
  • Overall country maintenance and development (new releases/functionalities) of CRM
  • Active involvement in preparation of the new functionalities deployment
  • Coordinate localization of new CRM functionalities including UAT (testing platform)
  • Liaise with other departments to support launch and development of critical projects
  • Prepare and conduct all trainings of the CRM system for all system users (new users and yearly refreshers)
  • Primary responsible person for all CRM modules (activities recording, functionalities, reports preparations, multichannel plan of action, etc)
  • Back responsible for event management module
  • One of the key local contact person for the EMEA & CEE CRM Team and keep constant dialogue with key stakeholders to secure best in class service to CRM
  • Manage all database functionalities
  • Manage the Romanian HCP/HCO database
  • Coordinate & overview of all data requests and changes
  • Correspondence with users, local data provider, EMEA CRM Team
  • Perform database maintenance on regular basis (reports and corrective actions)
  • Manage interface
  • Manage regular database upload
  • Full responsibility on regular database testing
  • Web registration validation
  • Coordination of IMS sales data upload

Qualifications
Our Requirements:
  • University / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (information technology, marketing, e-marketing)
  • Experienced in: CRM/Data base business management and corresponding systems maintenance (min. 1-2 years)
  • Willingness to travel, 95% local office based/5% travels

Required skills:

  • Constantly evolving knowledge about CRM strategies and tools
  • CRM data analytics and reporting knowledge
  • Areas of expertise should include one or more of the following: 
  • Database management
  • CRM system maintenance 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and complex systems simultaneously 
  • Flexibility, fast adaptation, openness and pro-activity
  • Ability to work under pressure, in the environment of high expectations
  • Decision-maker
  • Excellent interpersonal, partnering and negotiation skills
  • Very good communication abilities
  • Fluent in English 
  • Analytical thinking and accuracy
  • Preferably 3-years’ experience in a similar position (CRM & Clickview experience as a plus)
