1) Identify and assess business needs of multi-channel customer interaction
2) Ensure to identify customer needs by analyzing data and providing framework and tools  and to integrate customer insights into multi-channel strategy and action plan aligned with business goals and strategies
3) Create, source and implement digital content and tools that deliver value to the business and customers
4) Align with brand team and cross functional team on deliverables according to digital strategy and collaborate and engage marketing and customer-facing colleagues with multi-channel offerings to ensure performance.
5) Ensure that all digital activities and contents adhere to medical, legal and compliance regulations
6) Collaborate with enabled functions closely such as legal, IT, procurement, QA etc.
7) Collaborate with regional functions to adopt and implement regional initiatives and to cross learn from other markets
8) Develop metrics plan, analyze multichannel activities, track program results and optimize campaigns, following agile methodology and monitor the performance of owned assets against agreed metrics and provide timely reports
9) Ensure that customer channel offerings and behaviors are aligned with CRM strategy/system and local go-to-market model
10) Lead to increase organizational digital capabilities to implement innovative ways of communication.
1) At least 5 years of work experience
2) Pharm Business model knowledge & skill: commercial expertise (marketing & sales), marketing communication, business operation understanding, market research and business insight finding skills, understanding of CRM and business metrics (e.g. SFE) 
3) Experience in similar multichannel roles, including: development of digital assets, creation & management of contents, email campaign management etc.
4) Knowledge of internet architecture, such as content management systems, email engines, etc.
5) Used to report quantifiable results against KPIs and objectives
6) Understanding of healthcare regulatory environment
7) Ability to build relationships, collaborate and influence across a matrix organization
8) Strong skills in project management, oral and written communication, presentation
9) Experience in dealing with outside vendors
10) Passion for digital marketing with high energy and the ability to get things done
11) Team-player, ability to motivate and convince
