A2R Manager
Location: Prague
 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Accounting function (team of 30+ associates)
  • Liaise with key Business partners (Local Teams, Cluster & country FDs, and Compliance) to manage qualitative & quantitative service levels
  • Ensures new business is onboarded into GS seamlessly and in collaboration with key stakeholders (BUF, COE, ESP Deployments team, etc)
  • Identifies and plans future Accounting Service expansion opportunities
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives through enhanced cost effectiveness and pursuit of service and compliance excellence
  • Standardization of Accounting processes across countries and clusters
  • Ensure effective communication with all SSC stakeholders, including Corporate, the wider finance community and SSC customers
  • Supports career development initiatives
  • Ensures compliance with worldwide & regional policies & procedures within the A2R

Qualifications
  • Experienced professional with international exposure in Finance / Shared Services environment in a leadership position
  • Proficient in English (written & oral)
  • Proven leadership ability of functional teams in a corporate environment
  • Internationally recognized finance qualification
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Customer orientation (building and maintaining strong relationship with J&J senior management)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Project and change management capabilities
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity
  • Experience applying Process Excellence-methodology an advantage
  • Willing to travel
