【Consumer】Selfcare marketing brand lead

l Play an important role as core team member via individually leading core project for the brand business delivery /equity establishment based on deep understanding of the brand's mid-long term strategy in global and local context.
【Role Duty & Responsibilities】
Business Plan Deployment
l Own brands of J&J OTC products' and develop and execute holistic marketing plans to meet brand goal.
l Support BM on Local BP process
l Identify business opportunities and develop a sell-more plan, and align with stakeholders to execute on time.
l Lead NPD/NPI projects implementation
(Local Franchise Team in charge of Gensight/AW adjustment/Cocoon/GSS)
l Monitor NPD/NPI performance and propose the action plans if seeing the gap
l Work closely with Local cross-functional teams to ensure financial commitments are being delivered.
l Work with business partners (distributor, joint-business partners), develop and align business plans to attract more consumers to our brands.
l Lead Local Contents & Connection planning
l Lead whole IMC process, from briefing, execution development to TTR, working w/ cross functional team (Local mkg takes care of contents creation)
l Lead efficient investment plan to achieve the business goals.
l Monitor budget to ensure no over/under spend
Be true to consumer to drive brand/business growth
Initiate the consumer insight discovery and take actions to explore brand future via consumer centric thinking
Lead all the executions for the brand growth (NPD, IMC, deployment plans) by envisioning/engaging JPLT, Regional teams and cross functional teams
Take ownership for self/others and team's growth
Deliver the result by including diverse value
Take ownership to the brand business result by driving all the stakeholders
l 3-4 years Brand marketing experience
l Experience of working with cross functional team / Regional team
l Additional valuable experiences are Go-to-market strategy development / execution, OTC industry marketing, and digital marketing in FMCG / OTC industry.
l Business performance tracking: P&L management/market data analysis/business driver analysis
l Consumer research: segmentation / concept / communication / product evaluation / post launch tracking
l PC skill (excel/power point/word)
l Data analysis (retail/consumer panel)
