Position Summary

As the University Campus Lead, you will maintain relations with Career Services and clubs/organizations at target universities to help drive recruitment schemes necessary to attract emerging talent to drive key initiatives and provide a sustainable advantage for achieving business results successful events amarketing plans on each campus. You will connect with key partners and contacts across the university and company for Co-Op, Internship and Full Time university hires. You will be responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and support allocation of resources to strategic target schools critical to university hiring success. You will also lead the early career attraction day-to-day University Relations and Campus as well as conduct University full cycle recruiting.

Your major duties and responsibilities as University Campus Lead: 

• Manage the strategy and recruiting life cycle for Graduates and Interns in a variety of functions and disciplines.
• Point of contact for career centers and student organizations at partner colleges and universities.
• Develop expertise on recruiting at assigned colleges including knowledge of various university programs, activities, important dates, conferences, college procedures, etc.
• Gathers intelligence on other employers recruiting on campus and develop strategies on competing effectively for the top graduates.
• Plans, organizes and executes all major recruiting events including presentations, receptions, club events and interviews.
• Serve as the liaison between the recruiters, hiring managers, university program leads, and other key contacts across the Company for Co-op, Internship and Full Time university hires
• Run the Internship Program, which includes on-boarding of interns and intern events.
• Assess and audit job requisition and candidate files and track applicant flow.
• Identify Regional University / Campus areas for improvement on daily operational processes and provide support to implement these initiatives by highlighting and discussing key changes/improvement programs with the Manager, Regional Sourcing & Alumni/Manager/ University Relations.
• Work to exceed expected service levels and business performance goals by providing full range of customer service.
• Respond to requests / inquiries from customers (prioritizing as appropriate) and execute on the key tasks and activities in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines. Investigate issue areas and determine methods of mitigation to resolve problems within acceptable timeframes, routing or raising inquiries as appropriate to uphold effective and punctual resolution.
• Maintain records accurately and on a timely manner by aligning with the Service Level offering, mutually agreed with the client groups.
• Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant working experiences University Recruitment issue resolution for knowledge database future reference.
• Communicate, interact effectively, develop credibility and trusted mutually respected relationships with customers, supervisors, and team members of the Global Services, HR team(s).
• Interact and collaborate with University partners, customers, vendors, service providers, and other third parties as applicable in relation to the activities and dependencies with University Recruitment.
• Take ownership of all Regional University Campus assigned tasks, initiatives, and inquiries and make sure that they are resolved or completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality.
• Establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner.
• Participates in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve techniques and process acumen.

You are required to have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in Corporate University Relations or a similar role in the University Relations space
• Experience using Service Center technologies, ticket management, knowledge management, telephony, document management, etc.
• Uncompromising dedication to client and customer happiness
• Experience with customer service software applications (e.g., case management)
• Effective partnership and relationship building skills with key partners
• Prior experience constructing and implementing programs and/or processes
• Finds opportunities, risks/issues; assesses implications, develops recommendations

• Experienced in development and reporting of HR analytics to manage performance, analyze trends, and drive data-based decisions for HR and the organization
• Understanding of Contact Center management and Operations

• Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive, and focused team
• Ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand
