Intercompany AP Analyst
Location: Prague
Full-time unlimited contract 
  • Account for the Intercompany inventory related invoices
  • Communicate with the Warehouse on non-receipts or other delivery/invoice issues
  • Proactive involvement in standardization process in GFS Prague for Synthes AP Intercompany
  • Contribute to process improvements and Intercompany enhancements
  • Calculate the intercompany accruals for specific cost centers
  • Reconcile general ledger balances on Intercompany accounts to the source systems
  • Calculate goods in transit figures at month end; investigate and reconcile differences
  • Post accrual journals in closing period as and when required
  • Reconciliation of statements
  • Update and submit Intercompany reports to required recipients
  • Assist in communication with other stakeholders in relation to designated split
  • Coordinate Intercompany AP processing with involved teams, booking, matching 
    and resolving PO discrepancies, communicate with IC partners
  • Investigate and resolve any errors with operating companies where required
  • Communicate and resolve technical issues
  • Ensure compliant practices are in place and being used by all team members
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks during month-end closing 

  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Good command of MS Office, advanced Excel knowledge
  • Previous experience in financial accounting operations is preferred
  • SAP knowledge preferred 
  • Team spirit, customer-focused and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise
