The Consumer EAME Centre of Excellence has responsibility for providing accounting services, business analytics and reporting for Finance colleagues in 22 countries across the Consumer EAME region. Johnson & Johnson Consumer EAME has sales of over $ 4 bn and sells approximately 100 different brands.

The role will part of the UASOD Team which is divided between the SOD Control Team and the UASOD Execution Team. The SOD Control Team focus on the User Access SOD Conflicts framework across all systems and manual controls including role remediation providing the basis for the UASOD Execution Team to implement. This individual will be working within the UASOD Execution Team to ensure that appropriate systems access is in place across Consumer EAME with a firm understanding of Finance, Master Data, Customer Service and Accounts Receivable business processes. The individual will work within the guidelines to maintain the controls based on the SOD Conflict frameworks and SOX regionally as well as within their own Authorisation Groups.

 


Key responsibilities:

• Support the Business with Local Security Contacts (LSC – 40+) Reviews and Access Requirements. This will include training to Local Security Contacts and Line Managers in Regional and Global User Access Tools and Processes, contributing to the LSC Community of Practice with the UASOD Colleagues.
• Managing and Facilitating Preventative User Access Controls on behalf of UASOD
o .Drive the Implementation of SOD Controls across Consumer EAME
o Escalation to the SOD Control Team and IT Security to identify risks via system and manual preventative controls and input to business access changes
o Identification and Escalation of changes to Role Catalogues across Consumer EAME for SAP, BW, MDGC and CRM
• Managing and Facilitating Detective Controls on behalf of UASOD
o Co-ordinate and Track the Completeness of the Local Security Contact Bi- Annual Access Reviews
o Monitor, Escalate and Approve the Weekly Access Change Reviews with the SSC
o Co-ordinate and Track the Authorisation Group Bi-Annual maintenance with the LSCs
• Project
o Identify and Implement the value enabling activities to be automated or transitioned to the shared services centre
o Identification and process improvements for UASOD duties
Local Security Contact for Finance, Accounts Receivable and Master Data (650 + Users)
• Support and Monitor the Shared Service UASOD Team
• Managing and Facilitating Finance, Master Data and Accounts Receivable Preventative User Access Controls
o Manage and Validating Access Requests in the Consumer UASOD Inbox taking the appropriate action needed.
o Manage the Finance Role Catalogue Changes due to System Enhancements or Business Re-organisations. Facilitate discussions with Line Managers on Re-organisational changes.
o Manage access requests across the CoE and Consumer EAME including Cross System preventative controls prior to approval
o Prioritisation of Requests with IT Security
o Granting of Access (system relevant)
o Bank Administration Duties
• Managing and Facilitating Detective Controls
o Perform Bi-Annual, Quarterly and Annual Access and conflict reports, ensuring no excessive access and performing access remediation across Consumer EAME in line with SOX ensuring Accuracy, Validity and Completeness.
o Execute the Actions identified for the End Users in the Weekly, Quarterly and Bi-Annual and Annual Reviews
o Facilitating Authorisation Group maintenance with the Finance and Master Data Leads




 


Qualifications

Qualifications:


• A-Levels or equivalent (experience included) or above

Experience Required:
• Understanding of SAP modules Security SOX Controls and processes
• Operational understanding of SAP modules in either Master Data, Accounts Receivable or/and Finance
• Operational GRC understanding (preferable)
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint Skills
• Strong Administrational Skills
