You will perform all duties related to the delivery of Total Rewards Services. You will provide analytical support to the Total Rewards team and supports the execution of various compensation and benefits processes in multiple countries.



- Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations i.e. job offer, salary adjustments, etc.

- Develop Executive and non-standard job offers.

- Provide the following: including but not limited to, extensive research, ad hoc analysis, benchmark reports (including ad hoc benchmarking requests).

- Participate in Total Rewards surveys and support overall process coordination.

- Benchmarks Total Rewards programs relative to market and peer group companies and performs analyses to determine organization's competitive position.

- Create and/or update salary structures.

- Coordinate and administer Total Rewards programs, policies and procedures, as well as make change recommendations as necessary.

- Assist in the development and implementation of Total Rewards administrative guidelines and programs.

- Assess TR-related issues and resolves within leadtime.

- Coordinates project work and executes processes.

- Maintain and ensure proper execution of recognition programs

- Be a great partner with consultants and/or compensation survey vendors


- Handle relationship with different vendors as well as their performance (i.e. brokers, benefits providers, survey vendors and provider of benefits portal) and coordinate coverage reviews renewals and enrollment activities

- Coordinate reviewing, designing and implementing benefits plans in the Asia Pacific region in partnership with all relevant stakeholders

- Maintain benefit programs and ensure that these are consistently administered in compliance with the company's policies and procedures and external regulations and effectively delivered to the organization

- Resolve escalated inquiries and/or policy interpretation and deal with exceptions

- Conduct recurring and ad hoc audits and transactions

- Handle complex analytics and inquiries for acquisition, integration and divestitures


• Bachelor's Degree Holder 
•Exceptional analytical skills and ability to understand and interpret datasets
• Knowledge of MS Excel on advanced level
• Knowledge of Total Rewards programs, trends and practices preferably across multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region;
• Preferably, with experience in working in a matrix organization;
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Total Rewards specifically, handling job evaluation, salary surveys, creating salary structures & job offers, etc.
• Vendor Management
• Good communication skills and with ability to speak with people at different levels and provide guidance to people leaders;
• Able to quickly grasp Total Reward issues and propose and present solutions;
• Proficient with using datasets, Excel and the use of analytics for insights and decision making
• Able to work independently on projects and take responsibility for his own work.
