Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary ，essential functions and authorities, etc.)
§ Meet organizational and operational targets in order to deliver customer service excellence and maximize the business opportunity.
§ Strengthen and optimize the “order to cash” process to support business strategy, ensure all activities are strictly in compliance with company’s requirements.
§ Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability.
§ Collaborate with top key customer for customer collaboration program to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
§ Evaluates, defines, and implements process and system improvement opportunities to meet order management needs.
Other responsibilities defined in written procedures.
§ Provide professional and quick response on customer complaints and injury.
§ Lead the different communication network to enhance the relationship with internal stakeholders.
§ Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction.
§ Keep documentation for customer service operation per SOP/Compliance requirement.
§ Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trading
§ Intern experience in supply chain of International Companies, preferably in customer or logistic service.
§ Genuine interest and passion in developing one’s career in supply chain.
§ Leadership potential, in driving for necessary changes, and in delivering results.
§ Excellent communication skill and problem solving agility.
§ High curiosity and learning agility under various environments.
§ Good command of written and spoken English (CET-6 or above)
§ Good working knowledge of Office Pack (Excel, Power Point, Word)
