HR Administration Analyst with French, Italian or German

Full-time employment contract

Location: Prague 


J&J GBS in Prague is currently looking for an HR Administration Analyst to support our growing HR department. The HR Administration Analyst role is responsible for two areas:  execution of assigned tasks to support employees, managers and other human resource teams in the Regional Service Center, and for continuous improvement focused on root cause analysis and work based on business reports, enhancing work efficiency and data quality.


You will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Perform all HR Administration activities related to the employee life cycle 
  • Maintain work instructions, policies, guidelines and issue all HR related documentation
  • Support and coordinate business projects
  • Identify grey areas for improvement, suggest solutions and provide support to implement them
  • Generate business reports, analyze and interpret data results
  • Develop new ways of working and strategies to optimize work efficiency and data quality
  • Support projects by collecting and reviewing relevant data
  • Perform daily payroll reconciliation procedure


Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French or Italian
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Knowledge of HR systems and ticketing tools (Workday and SFDC a big advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize high-volume workload
