Johnson & Johnson Pacific, our consumer products division, is home to dozens of health and wellness brands that have been loved and trusted by customers for generations. An opportunity has become available for an experienced customer service professional to join our high performing Operations team. The Customer Logistics Coordinator (Customer Service Representative) is an integral team member contributing to the success of our business. 

Based from our Ultimo offices, you will be responsible for the management of customer orders. You will ensure that orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner, and meet customer’s requested delivery date.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing customer orders and bookings
  • Ensure orders are processed and entered accurately into the system
  • Handling internal and external customer enquiries
  • Liaising with supply chain & the warehouse regarding orders and stock availability 
  • Report all customer complaints and service requirements to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner to minimise customer dissatisfaction 
  • Track distribution of orders to ensure delivery is in full and on time, every time
  • Liaising with sales representatives to keep them abreast of customer needs
  • Investigating and processing credit claims in a timely manner with a focus on eliminating repeat occurrences where applicable.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication including a pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency as required
You will be technically competent with complex systems and have intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills. Experience using SAP, and EDI, experience would be highly advantageous, however not essential.
