The Commercial Analytics, Analyst is responsible for integrating and reviewing data from multiple sources to create, maintain, and publish meaningful reports or dashboards. This role will work closely with Sales and Marketing, Finance and IT teams to deliver meaningful information and analysis in a timely manner. 

This role adds value by providing analytical insight and recommendations to support commercial initiatives. This role offers the incumbent a unique opportunity to understand both Pharmaceutical and Medical device industry.

Drive Business and Strategy Excellence
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of both Pharmaceutical and Medical Device market to identify market trends, patterns and translate the data into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrate leadership and add value to Commercial team by analysing complex business issues, identify root cause and business opportunities, support development of business strategies and action plan based on both data-driven insights and market understanding
  • Support the Commercial team in driving and measuring business strategies and KPIs through analytics dashboards and providing meaningful recommendations
  • Strengthen Commercial team’s understanding of market performance and identify business opportunities via integrating multiple sources of information into meaningful dashboards
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple analytical or dashboard reporting projects to communicate timely and insightful sales and market analyses.
  • Develop innovative analytic or pricing models that maximises business opportunities, including but not limited to tenders, strategic new products introduction, business reviews.
  • Manage primary & secondary market research studies to identify business opportunities & market trends

Drive Sales Force Excellence

  • Conduct analysis, report key insights and propose strategic recommendations to both
  • Leadership and Commercial team to increase the commercial efficiency and sales competency
  • Develop Incentive metrics and reports to measure sales performances
  • Enable Digital Initiatives
  • Develop Digital Initiatives Roadmap
  • Plan and execute meaningful digital initiatives in collaboration with commercial team.
  • Review and provide recommendations for continuous improvement to meet business objectives.
  • Standardize KPI and reporting for ease of review

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales/marketing dynamics with ability to
  • identify business opportunities through analyses and data visualization.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to convert data-driven insights into actionable business implications and recommendations and communicate the results in a concise manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead, interact with, influence and drive consensus with different stakeholders
  • Comfortable learning, creating and leveraging new processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Experience with Sales Force CRM Tool (iConnect), Tableau and Advanced Microsoft Office skillset in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Bachelor's Degree, in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Marketing or in a closely related field in marketing, sales, quantitative analysis
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry preferred
