Webmaster and Data Manager
Full-time contract
Role Overview:
You will in the position as Webmaster and Data Manager be responsible for content upload and handling our Nordic digital hub as well as be adding new functionalities and executing UX improvements on the site. The candidate will further be responsible for maintaining and developing our master data in the CRM database by ensuring that the data quality is in place and up-to-date. The candidate will also be giving the responsibility to facilitate the BI report generation each month.
As Webmaster and Data Manager, you will have the following areas of responsibility:

  • Responsible for maintaining our master data across countries
  • Manage Janssen Medical Cloud (JMC) website for 4 Nordic countries
  • Update content and functionalities continuously on JMC website
  • Analyse user interactions with JMC website by using Google Analytics / Hotjar.
  • Responsible for turning website insights into suggestions for improvements and reporting them to different teams (IT developers, sales & marketing, etc.)
  • Review JMC website from the user experience (UX) and design perspective, and making proactive suggestions
  • Do extensive qualitative testing on multiple devices and log tickets, and following up actively on the progress
  • Helping with delivering to set deadlines and coordinating with different stakeholders

Qualifications & Experiences
  • A Bachelor-level degree in a commercial subject or similar
  • Analytical experience from the industry or similar is desired
  • Deadline-driven mentality
  • Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once
  • Fluent in oral and written English, Baltic or Nordic language considered an advantage
  • Technical, creative and/or production experience with CMS systems (knowledge of Drupal a bonus)
  • General knowledge about how websites work (HTML / CSS / JavaScript, connection with database, etc.). 
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics and Hotjar).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
