Role Overview
The aim of this role is to accelerate procedural adoption by advancing physicians’ capabilities & skills via market appropriate professional education events and drive consistency in standards of learning in the various ProfEd events held for/by our customers. It is also established to ensure flawless execution of ProfEd events at local & national level to extend the clinical knowledge and surgical skills of health care professionals and to find market opportunities for Healthcare Education.
You will have the following areas of responsibility:
  • Development of relevant professional education events in order to address needs for One Ethicon in Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Cooperation in preparation of yearly plan for given specialties with focus on colorectal, bariatric and SSI (including budget allocation, tracking and fulfilling the dashboard)
  • Collaborate with marketing and business managers to ensure the content of the event mirrors the key messaging requested by marketing as well as ideal faculty selection, resulting in delivery of desired messaging
  • Organization & full execution of Professional Education activities based on Marketing strategy & overall CEE ProfEd strategy.
  • Responsibility for selected, specified national/local training centers
  • Responsibility for building new COE or acquiring new faculty whereas appropriate
  • Collaboration with selected, specified surgical KOL’s
  • Complete administration of HCC, ARIBA, Prizma and other processes (initiation, processing, close)
  • Responsibility for contracts, bookings, invoices and logistic in general
  • Management of online registration system (entering courses in the system, managing registrations, extracting attendees lists)
  • Analyzing data from the system and providing metrics to track ProfEd performance
  • Communication of calendar to Sales Force
  • Analysis of post-event feedback (from customers, field force, the training establishment) as well as the devising and implementation of suitable improvement measures
  • Constant self- excellence in anatomy, procedures and products of given specialties and selected soft skills
  • Review faculty presentations prior each event and initiating copy review process where appropriate 
  • Ensure faculty are equipped with relevant high quality and up to date material
  • Prepare the Course in the box for selected courses
  • Contribute to CEE Professional Education newsletter with success stories
  • Embed innovation in daily work – challenge status quo – constantly seek for doing things better, proactively suggest solutions
  • Fulfills other task/duties set by line manager

Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • University degree – minimum Bachelor degree
  • Excellent English – spoken & written
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Strong time management
  • Product/procedural knowledge of healthcare system will be appreciated
  • Ability to build strong internal & external relationships
  • Likes innovation and seeks for ways to do things better than before
  • Excellent organization skills (Experience at least of 2 years in some organizational role)
  • Ability to travel locally & internationally (driving license B)
  • Willingness to go beyond the job description
