Role Overview
Professional Education Manager is accountable for developing & implementing market appropriate strategy of Education of Health Care Professionals in CE across one MD and developing the correct education plans and curriculum for Bariatric Colorectal SSI for all CEE countries.
 
You will have the following areas of responsibility:
Developing & implementing market appropriate strategy of Education of Health Care Professionals in Czech, Slovakia and Hungary:
  • Identify current gaps, key goals & objectives, focus areas & priorities for ProfEd and develop projects implementation plan
  • Development and leadership of sustainable local team who will organize activities and events in order to accelerate procedural adoption by advancing physicians capabilities & skills.
  • Full management of budget – responsibility for effective allocation and for not overspending it
  • Drive consistency in standards of learning in the various ProfEd events held for/by our customers in SE.
  • Ensure flawless execution of ProfEd events at local & national level to extend the clinical knowledge and surgical skills of health care professionals.
  • Review ProfEd inventory & assess opportunities for health care professional
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders: General Manager, Marketing leaders, Sales Managers, CEE ProfEd Manager, heads of Surgical Societies across the region, government leaders across the region and KOLs.
  • Align and cooperate with CEE ProfEd leaders.
  • Fulfills other task/duties set by line manager.
  • Lead the team of ProfEd Specialists.
 
Developing the correct education Strategy, plans and curriculum for BM CR SSI for all CEE countries:
  • Be the expert in BM CR SSI professional education pathways, and related products and procedures standardizing education delivery program content and ensuring continuous updates
  • Lead the ProfEd planning for BM CR SSI for all CEE countries in order to bring expertise and strategic direction in professional education pathways and activities of these areas.
  • Closely align with ProfEd Manager of each CEE Sub region (CEE SE& CEE North), and with Ethicon Sales & Marketing across CEE ensuring optimized ProfEd strategy for defined specialties
  • Maintain relationships with KOLs and Surgical Societies across CEE region in BM & CR
  • Develop and execute BM CR SSI courses for participants from across CEE (centralized ProfEd offerings for all CEE HCPs in those 3 specialties)

Qualifications
Qualifications and experience of the successful candidate:
  • Strong Product/procedural knowledge in Medical Device
  • Minimum 6 years Sales & marketing experience
  • University degree – minimum Bachelor degree
  • Excellent English – spoken & written
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to lead, persuade and inspire
  • Very strong networking
  • Must be a self-starter and able to translate business needs into own objectives
  • Energetic, focused and motivated
  • Strong time management
  • Ability to build strong internal & external relationships
  • Likes innovation and seeks for ways to do things better than before
  • Excellent organization skills (Experience at least of 2 years in some organizational role)
  • Ability to travel locally & internationally (driving license B)
  • Willingness to go beyond the job description
