  • Responsible for the maintenance of the commercial conditions and price processes and all master data under CS responsibility.
  • Responsible for receiving and handling customer (wholesalers and hospitals) inquiries and problems.
  • Manage invoice/credit/rebate processes (specially e-invoice ).
  • Provide support to the business.
  • Specific reporting for management.
  • Commitment with SOP, DCM and WI related to Revenue Cycle.

Qualifications
          SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • High level in SAP, EDI (e-invoice) and Excel.
  • Good level of statistical knowledge and strong analytical capacity.
  • Customer focus (internal and external).
  • Ability to negotiate and influence.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Team worker.
  • Good knowledge in Compliance and Financial procedures.
     
     
     
    ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
     
  • Fluent in English.
  • University degree in Finances.
  • Professional experience of at least 1 year.
