Directs and coordinates critical processes based on Marketing division objective such as business planning, marketing plans, portfolio management and development, market research, new product launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Develops and executes the tactical annual marketing plan using the guidance of the integrated strategic plan.
-Makes recommendations for the development of company marketing strategy.
-Quantifies and ensures the quality, timeliness, and cost-effective manner in which all marketing programs are implemented.
-Creates and directs annual communications, research, and public relations plans to support the strategic marketing plan.
-Identify opportunities/issues to analyze integrated data (primary research, secondary data and internal information)
-Prepares and implements marketing activities with stakeholders.
-Establishes KOL/ROL management with MAF
-Manages national congress and web seminar
-Provides leadership on key business issues
-Develops key message and promotion material
-Forecasting & Inventory management
-Basically 5 years of marketing experience is advantage. Pharma sales experience is preferable.
-Business level of both written and oral English.
-Strong leadership, high change agility and learning agility.
-Strong interpersonal skill and as a team player.
