l  Responsible for brand and sales growth in e-Commerce channel in Japan for J&J product portfolio

l  Responsible for coordination of sales and marketing activities in key e-commerce retailers

l  Works closely with other functional teams and build e-Commerce capability for the organization


Principal Responsibilities

e-Commerce Business planning

l  Develop annual plan of e-Commerce business by customer and by franchise

l  Develop investment strategy and plan to achieve sales objective

l  Formulate (Coach direct reports to formulate) customer plan and KPI to align with annual target with activity building blocks as well as e-Commerce/Customer economic model – ‘Traffic x Conversion x Basket size’ and ‘Trial x Repeat x Price’

l  Provide input into sales forecast

l  Corroborate with Marketing team to deliver brand objectives and plan at lower conversion funnel in e-Commerce

l  Work closely with global and regional team to e-Commerce team


Sales Objectives and controlling investment

l  Monitor sales results and KPI and adjust sales and investment plans as appropriate to achieve goals

l  Coordinate budgets, forecasts and reports. Track sales stuff performance against

l  Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales related units.

l  Develop plan for e-Commerce fundamentals and monitor progress


Grow the people and e-Commerce capabilities

l  Coach sales staff on key skills and competencies for e-commerce.

l  Train staff by providing adequate education programs.

l  Supervise and trains sales force to achieve sales targets.

l  Lead to develop e-Commerce capabilities for entire organization

l  Effectively work with external agencies to develop and to execute plan


l  Bachelor’s degrees or above

l  3+ years e-Commerce experienced in FMCG

l  5+ years of experience of Account Management in Consumer goods business

l  Digital marketing experience is preferable

l  Thorough knowledge in business planning

l  Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

l  Good inter-personal relationship

l  Proactive & positive & innovative mind

l  Good communication & negotiation skill

l  People management Skill

l  Excellent Japanese and English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
